These sessions are more than just theory. You will spend a full seven hours grounded in our Sahakar Nagar studio, working through practical energy alignment. We do not just talk about chakras. We use specific techniques like blindfolded sensory deprivation and sound baths to help you actually feel the shifts in your own energy field.

Through the day, you move through grounding meditations and focused pranayama, which are essential for clearing stagnant energy.
