In our busy lives, finding stillness is a practice. Whether it is through rhythmic chanting, gentle breathwork, or quiet sitting, these sessions help you slow down and reconnect with yourself.

In this Yoga Wednesday session, I guide you through a mindful breathing exercise to sync movement with breath. This practice helps lengthen your breath and connect you to the present moment.

This guided routine focuses on gentle stretches in Vajrasana to unwind the body and mind. Consistency is key, and practicing this for just 10 minutes a day can create a profound sense of calm.

A glimpse into our Japa Meditation workshop, where we use mala beads to focus the mind through repetitive chanting. This ancient practice helps quiet internal chatter and cultivate a deep sense of peace.

Participants practice Brahmari Pranayama, or the bee humming breath. This powerful technique helps to instantly calm the mind, relieve frustration, and soothe the nervous system through gentle vibration.

A group practices Nadi Shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing, a foundational pranayama technique. This practice is excellent for balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain and promoting overall harmony.

A class practices a seated pranayama technique together. The synchronized, mindful breathing creates a powerful collective energy of calm and focus within the studio.

A special Mantra Meditation session held on Shivratri. The studio is filled with the sacred sounds of chanting in a candlelit setting, creating a deeply spiritual and grounding experience.

Participants relax and meditate while listening to the sacred chant of the Nirvana Shatakam. This practice of listening to mantras helps to quiet the mind and connect with a sense of timeless consciousness.
