Taekwondo is Not Just a Sport for Me
For me, taekwondo is life. I don't believe in 'sports ko time pass bolne wale log' (those who call sports a pastime). If you want to push yourself beyond just hobby-level, you’re in the right place. My aim is simple - turn dedication into medals and help you compete at district, state, and national level competitions.
What Training With Me Looks Like
- Advanced Kyorugi Sparring Training: Real fights, real gear, real instructions. Expect a lot of "back kick maar!" (hit a back kick) and correction in the moment. We repeat drills because 'practice hi wo yagna hai' (practice is that sacred ritual) that brings results.
- Athlete Conditioning: We focus on strength, flexibility, and endurance. Be ready for push-ups, pad kicks, high kicks, splits, and agility drills. No shortcuts. If you want to keep up in taekwondo tournament preparation, you need to be fit.
- Ringside Competition Strategy: I don’t disappear after class. At tournaments, I’m at your side, reading your opponents and guiding you through every round. There’s no champion without a coach who cares.

- Raigarh District Taekwondo: Gold medal, state selection
- Champions Trophy 2023: 2nd overall team trophy
- Special focus on 'Girls Power' - our girls are winning medals too

Wins and losses both matter. Here, you’ll build discipline, confidence, and real mental strength. I’ll stick with you through every fight - 'Bas ek Coach hi toh hai jise aapke haar ya jeet dono se fark padta hai' (Only a coach is affected by both your win and your loss).

Competitive Taekwondo coaching - Students win at district, state, even national levels. I stand by them, win or lose.
Fitness and flexibility Taekwondo - Training boosts height, flexibility, mental and physical strength. Zaroori hai, not hanikarak! (It’s necessary, not harmful!)
Self defense and confidence building - Focus on self-defense for girls, self-confidence, discipline, and positive mindset. Games keep it fun too.
