Perfection is built on repetition. We move past the basics to refine every punch, block, and kick, ensuring your technique is sharp enough to handle real competition.

Teaching the core principles of a proper kick. I explain how keeping the lower knee straight and hands in guard is critical for balance and power.

Students line up for a power kicking drill. I encourage each one to put more power into their kick, building their strength one student at a time.

We start with the basics. Here, students practice fundamental punches and blocks in unison, building the muscle memory required for advanced techniques.

We train for both Poomsae (forms) and Kyorugi (sparring). This video shows students practicing the disciplined movements of Poomsae.

About Drills & Technique Practice

You might think you know how to throw a kick, but in my class, we look at the mechanics behind it. We focus on proper waist rotation and keeping the lower knee straight, because that is where the real power comes from. I won't let you settle for just getting it done when you could be doing it perfectly.

Practice hi wo yagna hai (practice is the sacred ritual). My training sessions are built on this philosophy. We do not rush through forms or pad work. Instead, we break every movement down to its smallest component.

When we practice basic punches and blocks, we are building muscle memory. When we move to kicking drills, we look at specific technical details, like how to turn the waist, where the hands should be, and the crucial straight knee during a side or roundhouse kick. If you are struggling with your back kick, we do not just move on. We will correct the form, repeat the drill, and focus on the mechanics until it feels natural.

This applies whether you are a beginner or training for tournament-level sparring. We use agility ladders for footwork and handheld pads for precision. This is how we ensure that when you enter the ring, your body reacts instinctively. It is not just about strength, it is about strategy, precision, and consistency.
