I am always on the sidelines, emotionally invested in every fight. My role is to be the voice that guides you, pushes you, and supports you, no matter the outcome.

About Competition & Ringside Coaching
My job does not end when you step on the mat. I am there in the corner for every round, reading your opponent's tells and calling out instructions when you need them most. Whether you are struggling with a high-stakes match or shaking off a tough loss, I stay in your corner to ensure you learn and grow, not just fight.
Winning is not just about the kick, it is about strategy, endurance, and mental toughness. In this program, we move beyond basic drills. You will learn to navigate the pressures of a real tournament environment.
We focus on the technical requirements of competitive Taekwondo, including adaptation to Daedo electronic sensor systems. This means you practice not just for power, but for precision scoring. We drill high-reward techniques like spinning back kicks and 360-degree turns until they become second nature.
Tournament prep is tough, and I do not sugarcoat it. We cover everything from managing weight categories to handling the noise of a packed stadium. You need to be fit, so expect rigorous conditioning, including push-ups, agility ladder drills, and my signature oversplit training using chairs to achieve those high-reaching 180-degree kicks.
Beyond the physical, we work on your fight IQ. I train you to read your opponent, control the ring space, and adapt your game plan mid-round. I am there at every match to give you real-time feedback. You are not fighting alone, you have a coach watching your back.
