Competitive Taekwondo Coaching and Sparring Training
From white belt to competition-ready, we focus on rigorous technique, real sparring experience, and building the mental toughness to win.
I train my students to be powerful and decisive. This is what a knockout kick looks like in action, a result of countless hours of practice and building the confidence to dominate in a match.
This is my core belief. As a coach, your wins and losses are my own. I am there on the sidelines for every fight, living every moment with you, because there are no good players without a coach who cares.
You can hear my direct coaching style during a live sparring session. I give instructions like "back kick maar त्याला" (hit him with a back kick) because in-the-moment correction is how we improve technique and win fights.
This is what we work for. Laisha Juneja, one of my dedicated students, winning a gold medal at the Raigad District Taekwondo Championship. This is not just a win, it's a step towards competing at the state and national level.
Flexibility is not optional; it's essential for high kicks and avoiding injury. We push our limits with advanced conditioning drills like these supported splits, building the physical foundation of a true Taekwondo athlete.
Proper form is everything. I break down the mechanics of every kick, ensuring my students understand how to use their body correctly for maximum power and precision, from turning the waist to keeping the supporting leg straight.
Hear directly from my student, Laisha. She talks about winning a gold medal, being selected for the state championship, and how our training has improved her physical and mental strength. Her success story is a testament to our hard work.
Victories are sweeter when shared. Here is our team celebrating our 2nd place overall trophy at the Champions Trophy 2023. We build individual champions, but we succeed as a team.
About Featured
Don't just look at the medals in these photos. Watch the form: the straight supporting legs, the precise waist rotation, and the focus during live sparring. I don't just teach the basics; I spend my time correcting the tiny details—like how you pivot or hold your hands—because that is the difference between a participation certificate and a gold medal.
This featured collection represents the core of what we do at Powerstar Taekwondo Academy. We aren't here for time-pass hobbies. We are here to build champions who can hold their own at the district, state, and national levels.
What Training Looks Like
Whether you are a beginner or looking to compete, my approach is hands-on. You will see us drilling fundamentals in the academy and engaging in high-intensity sparring. We use real gear, Daedo electronic sensors for elite training, and rigorous conditioning to ensure you are fit for the ring.
Competition Focus
We don't just train in the dojang. When my students compete at events like the Raigad District Championship or the Champions Trophy, I am right there in the corner, guiding them through every round. We analyze opponents and manage ring space in real-time. This is why our students consistently win medals and get selected for higher levels of competition.
Who This Is For

- Serious Competitors: If you are ready for advanced combat training, 360-degree kicks, and intensive tournament preparation, this is where you need to be.
