Real fighting performance starts with physical conditioning. My training in Ulwe pushes your flexibility and core strength to the limit, ensuring you have the explosive power to land kicks and the stamina to dominate in the ring.

This is the dedication it takes. A student holds a full split supported by chairs, a testament to her incredible flexibility and mental toughness.

A student performs a wall-assisted side split, an essential stretch for developing the flexibility needed for head-high kicks.

An incredible display of flexibility and control. This student executes a vertical kick, easily touching the headgear held high above.

A group of students doing synchronized squats. Leg strength is the foundation of powerful kicks and stable stances.

Core strength exercises are a fundamental part of our conditioning program. A strong core is vital for balance and power.

A student holds a deep backbend, a pose that builds spinal flexibility and strength, inspired by yoga principles.

This advanced arm balance pose requires immense core and upper body strength, demonstrating the holistic fitness we aim for.

Another student perfecting her backbend. This level of flexibility is crucial for advanced Taekwondo techniques.

A standing split, showcasing excellent balance and hamstring flexibility. This translates directly to higher, faster kicks.

A young athlete demonstrates impressive flexibility with a deep backbend stretch on the mat.

About Athlete Conditioning: Strength & Flexibility

We do not just stretch; we train for function. Whether you are struggling to hit a 180-degree split or need the core stability to execute a perfect spinning back kick, my conditioning drills use specific equipment—like our chair-supported oversplit training—to get your body ready for the ring.

Real fighting technique falls apart if your body isn't ready. When you train with me, conditioning is the foundation—practice hi wo yagna hai (practice is the sacred ritual) that turns effort into results.

We focus on three main pillars:

  • 180-Degree Flexibility: We use chair-supported oversplit training to safely push your hamstrings. This is non-negotiable if you want to execute head-high Axe or Roundhouse kicks without the risk of injury.
  • Explosive Power: My jump-over drills are essential for competitive sparring. They build the explosive leg power and fast-twitch muscle response needed to close distance on an opponent quickly.
  • Core & Balance: From crow poses to backbends, our core work creates the rock-solid stability you need to pivot effectively. If your waist rotation is weak, your power won't transfer into your kick, no matter how hard you try.

I train students across five branches in Ulwe (Sectors 2, 5, 9, 17, and 21), and the conditioning standards are uniform across all of them. We keep our batches small to ensure I am personally checking your pivot and form during every session. Whether you are aiming for district-level gold or just want to build genuine athleticism, we start with your foundation. If you want to move beyond hobby-level and push yourself, my academy is where you build the strength to compete.
