To get that authentic smoky flavour, I cook my biryani in large deghs over a real wood fire. This traditional process is key to the taste I have been delivering since 1996.

Since 1996, our food has fed families, friends, and memories all across Bangalore. If you’re after that authentic Mughlai khana (food) you grew up with, you’ll feel right at home here.

What’s Cooking

  • Mutton Biryani and Chicken Biryani, both slow-cooked in big deghs over wood fire for that real taste. Each kilo comes with brinjal curry, raita, and a sweet - no half measures.
  • Chicken Kebab, juicy and masaledar (full of spices), sold by the kilo.
  • On some days, you’ll find Seekh Kebabs, Bhaji Gosht, curries, and fish fry. Ask for the day’s specials - I’ll always tell you straight if something’s not available.
  • Perfect for when you need party food by weight, not dozens of little boxes.
