Signature Biryani Party Packs
Main Dish
- Meat Selection: Choice of Chicken (Family Pack) or Mutton (Party Pack).
- Cooking Style: Traditional woodfire (Deg) preparation with rich spices and smoky aroma.
- Family Pack: Serves 2-3 adults. Contains 4-5 meat pieces.
- Party Bucket: Serves 5-7 adults. Contains approx. 1kg meat equivalent.

- Curry: Brinjal curry (Bagara or Khatta Baingan).
- Raita: Onion and curd pachadi.
- Sweet: Small portion of Bread Halwa or Qubani ka Meetha (typically in bulk packs).

The Feast
- Meat: Combined serving of Mutton chunks/ribs and Chicken quarters (approx. 1.5kg to 2kg cooked weight).

Trust me, it's packed the same way it goes to weddings, in our orange box with a handle. Easy to carry, doesn't spill, and yeah, people have even taken it as far as London.

When it's Iftar time or any family gathering, our meal kits make life easy. Ramadan evenings are sorted with our Iftar kits - samosas, chicken tikka, and more. For Eid or just a big family Sunday, that biryani box is always the star.

What makes our food different? We still use firewood for our biryani. Thoda mehnat zyada hai (it takes more work), but that smoky flavour can't be faked in a modern setup. It's our tradition, and you taste it in every bite.

My Story
MK Caterers, that's us. Since '86, we've been cooking up memories for folks in Bangalore. From shaadi ka biryani (wedding biryani) slow-cooked on firewood to packing Biryani in a Box for London, we’ve seen it all. Diwali, Eid, Christmas, big weddings, chota get-togethers (small parties), we’re there. Trends change, but our 'MK way' - quality, style, and a bit of old-school pride - stays. We’re not just serving food, we’re serving our legacy.
