For me, food is all about zaayka - that punch of taste you remember. Calories? I leave that for others. I go after flavour, proper kadak masaledaar dishes. When it comes to biryani, I say eat with your full heart, yaar. Sehat gayi tel lene (let health rest for one meal)!

Biryani That’s Asli, Not Compromise

My mutton biryani is what people come back for, in Regular, Basmati, Hyderabadi Dum, or Kolkata style. Each one is loaded with masala and that shine you want. Chicken Biryani and Mandi (both mutton and chicken) are also proper crowd-pleasers. Party biryani orders Bangalore? That’s my thing.

How I Cook

No shortcuts. I use wood and charcoal, old-school deghs, and slow ‘dum’ cooking. The taste comes from tradition, patience, and real fire.

  • I do Eid special food catering and festival combos, but orders fill up fast.
  • Minimum order rules might apply, just so everything stays fresh and sorted.

My Story

Assalam walekum, Samiulla Khan here from Sami Caterer's. Since 1999, food for us means zaayka and tradition, not just business. Hum sab karte hain - weddings, birthdays, office parties, Eid, anything. Biryani ka asli mazaa masalon se hai (real joy is in the spices), not the mild stuff. We cook big deghs on fire, proper kadak masaledaar biryani, just like old times. If you want real taste, you’ll find it with us.
