Authentic Wood-Fired Biryani for Your Next Dawat
Real Bangalore-style biryani, slow-cooked in traditional deghs over a wood fire for that smoky, authentic taste. Whether it is a small family gathering or a big party, I bring the traditional dawat experience right to your table.
My Chicken Biryani, piled high and ready to serve. You can see the tender chicken drumsticks mixed in with the long-grain basmati rice, cooked with aromatic spices.
A complete Mughlai meal featuring my signature Chicken Biryani with a boiled egg, a side of rich chicken curry, spicy chicken 65 starters, and a cooling dip.
Here you can see my chicken mandi, a variation of biryani with roasted chicken on top, served as the main course at a large function I catered.

About this collection
My biryani is not the instant, pressure-cooked variety. I slow-cook every batch in traditional copper deghs over a real wood fire. This takes time, so please give me a heads-up 24 hours before your event. Each 1kg order gives you about 3.5kg of cooked biryani, enough for 5-6 hungry guests, plus the brinjal curry, raita, and a sweet are always included so you do not need to arrange anything extra.
Cooking over wood fire is the only way to get that deep, smoky flavor that defines true Mughlai cuisine. I have been doing this in Bangalore since 1996, and the method has not changed. When you order from me, you are not getting mass-produced, bland food. You get tender, marinated meat with long-grain basmati that has been dum cooked to perfection. I keep it honest, with no fancy plating tricks, just big, hearty portions meant to be shared.
From backyard birthdays to big wedding feasts, my goal is simple: enough food so everyone goes for seconds. If you have a specific crowd size, just tell me. Whether it is 3kg for a family dinner or a bulk order for a corporate event, I handle the prep so you can focus on being the host. My signature Brinjal gravy (Khatta Baingan) is included, which cuts through the richness of the meat perfectly. It is the full package, delivered hot and fresh.
