About this collection
Because we cook our biryani in traditional deghs over an actual wood fire, the flavour takes time to develop. We need at least 24 hours' notice to fire up the stoves and get the dum process right. If you have a specific date for your dawat, tell us early so we can reserve your slot and start the preparation.
When you call us for a dawat, you are not getting 'function food' that has been sitting in a warmer. You are getting the same wood-fired process we have been using since 1996. Our Mutton and Chicken Biryanis are cooked in massive deghs, first over open flames and then finished on hot embers for the dum. This is the only way to get that specific Bangalore aroma and spice level that you expect from a proper feast.
We handle the setup for everything from intimate family gatherings to large weddings. Whether you need a simple delivery of bulk packs or a full-blown table arrangement for a shadi, we scale to match.
What to expect when you book
- Order Sizes: We handle everything from 3kg packs for home parties to bulk orders for hundreds of guests.
- Setup: We provide end-to-end catering, including the table setup. If you have specific needs for a groom's table or a buffet, let us know.
- Variety: Beyond our signature wood-fired biryani, we specialize in spicy, bone-in chicken kebabs and classic Mughlai sides.
- Freshness: Everything is made to order. We do not reheat.
- Logistics: We are based in RT Nagar but deliver across Bengaluru.
