About this collection

Nothing beats the aroma of fresh rotis straight off a hot tawa or a curry that has been slow-cooked until the meat falls off the bone. Unlike commercial caterers who reheat pre-made batches, we prepare your curries and breads fresh from our kitchen. Whether you need a massive order of Rumali Roti for a wedding or a comforting batch of Bhaji Gosht for a family get-together, we ensure the heat and flavor reach your guests exactly as intended.

When we plan a menu for your event, we look beyond just the main course. A true Mughlai feast relies on the balance between rich, aromatic curries and the perfect bread to mop them up. We bring the same dedication to our sides that we put into our signature biryanis.

Our Process

We focus on two things: quantity and quality. We cook in large batches, which allows the spices to bloom properly, creating that deep, authentic profile you expect from a Bangalore dawat.

  • The Curries: From Mutton Bhaji Gosht to rich vegetable and nut-based gravies, we balance the spice and tang. We don't hide behind fancy garnishes. The flavour comes from fresh ingredients and traditional dum-style cooking techniques we have refined since 1996.
  • The Breads: We bring our tawa setup to your venue. Freshly made Rumali Roti and parathas arrive soft and warm. We know that cold bread can ruin a good curry, so we manage our prep times to ensure consistency throughout your service.
