The Live Tawa Fry

This is our most popular option for parties. We bring our heavy-duty tawas and marinate the boneless fish fillets in our signature red or green masala blend. Because we fry these on the spot, your guests get that perfect crunch on the outside with soft, tender meat on the inside. It works great as a starter.

Whole Grilled Fish

For a grander setup like a groom’s table or a special family dinner, we prepare whole grilled fish wrapped in foil. We slow-cook it so the spices soak deep into the flesh, keeping it moist. This is a premium addition to any buffet or traditional dining setup.
