To get that authentic smoky flavour, I cook my biryani in large deghs over a real wood fire. This traditional process is key to the taste I have been delivering since 1996.

About this collection

Every batch of our biryani is slow-cooked in traditional deghs over a wood fire, which is why we require at least 24 hours notice for any order. This process is essential for achieving that smoky aroma and tender meat, so please plan your order accordingly to ensure we have enough time to prepare your food properly.
