- Starters: 1 Chicken starter (Kebab/Fry) and 1 Veg starter (Gobi Manchurian).
- Main Course: Plaza Special Chicken Dum Biryani cooked on wood fire.
- Sides: Brinjal Curry, Raita, Green salad, pickle, and papad.
- Breads & Gravy: Rumali Roti or Naan with Chicken Curry or Dal Fry.
- Dessert: 1 sweet (Bread Halwa, Rice Kheer, or Gulab Jamun).
