Classic Chicken Biryani & Buffet
Welcome & Starters
- Welcome Drink: Mint Lime Juice or Rose Sharbat served in glass tumblers.
- Chicken Starters (Select 2): Options like Chicken 65, Ghee Roast, or Reshmi Kabab.
- Veg Starter (Select 1): Paneer 65 or Dry Gobi Manchurian.
Main Course (Firewood Cooked)
- Biryani: Smoked Chicken Dum Biryani (approx. 2 pieces per guest) with unlimited Zeera Samba or Basmati rice.
- Sides: Brinjal Gravy (Bagara Baingan) or Dalcha, plus Onion Raitha.
- Breads & Curry: Rumali Roti or Tandoor Naan served with Chicken Korma or Butter Chicken.
- Veg Option: Separate counter with Veg Biryani/Pulao and Paneer Butter Masala.
Dessert & Service
- Sweets: Traditional dessert (Double Ka Meetha or Phirni) plus Vanilla or Strawberry ice cream.
- Setup: Standard buffet with white linens, steel chafing dishes, and uniformed waiters.
