About Biryani Delivery
Why Mojo Kitchen Biryani?
I started Mojo Kitchen with just one goal - bring that proper homemade biryani to your plate, no shortcuts, no fancy stuff. Every batch is made in my own kitchen style, with ingredients I pick fresh from local markets. When you open that biryani box, I want it to actually smell like ghar ka khana (home food).
How I Make It
- I use the classic dum method - slow-cooked in a sealed pot so the masala and rice get time to chill together. Real spices, not the powdery stuff.
- Non-veg or veg, I marinate everything myself, and layer it up with crispy onions, herbs and a squeeze of nimbu (lime) at the end.
- Each order gets fresh raita with biryani and a simple salad - helps balance the heat.
What’s on the Menu
- Chicken, Mutton, Prawns, Egg, Paneer, and Vegetable biryani options. If you’re ordering for the whole gang, the family biryani pack and party size biryani order are there.
- Portions from 1/2 kg (for solo eaters) to 2.5 kg (full-on party mode).
What to Expect
If you want restaurant-style biryani, this isn’t it. I keep it simple, like I’d make for my own folks. Sometimes the spice level might be more homely, sometimes the meat’s cut a bit chunky - that’s just how homemade biryani online works. If you want something extra, just let me know. I’m always around to tweak things.

My Story
Hey, I’m the soul of Mojo Kitchen. Started off in my own kitchen, cooking for folks I love. That first order – felt like a proper subaarmbh, you know? Wrote a little note for them, hoping they’d pass the word. For me, Mojo Kitchen’s all about sharing that homely, warm feeling with food made from the heart. Happy faces, full bellies – that’s what keeps us going. We’re always trying to get better, one meal at a time.
