Aerial Yoga Classes in Vashi
Ever wanted to fly? Our aerial yoga sessions mix strength, stretch, and a whole lot of fun in our Vashi studio. Come hang out with us!
This is what it feels like to fly. I love guiding my clients through poses like this, where you feel both strong and graceful, fully supported by the silk hammock. It's a moment of pure power and elegance.
See how we flow from a standing position right into a gentle, floating inversion. I make sure every transition is smooth and safe, so you can just trust the silk and enjoy the feeling of weightlessness. This is a core part of our anti-gravity yoga class.
Hanging upside down is one of the best parts. This inversion pose isn't just fun, it helps decompress the spine and gives you a whole new perspective. I'll be there to help you nail it, even if you're a total beginner.
Welcome to our bright, clean, and fully equipped Pilates and yoga studio in Vashi. I’ve created a space where you can feel comfortable, supported, and ready to challenge yourself, surrounded by great energy.
About Featured
Aerial yoga is surprisingly accessible, even if you have never touched a yoga mat before. We use individual silk hammocks that act like a supportive partner, helping you get into deeper stretches and inversions safely. If you are nervous about hanging upside down, do not worry, because I am right there to spot you, and it is mostly about building trust with the silk and letting go.
Aerial yoga is basically playtime for grown-ups. It is not just about the cool photos you see on our feed, as it is a full-body workout that hits muscles you did not know existed. When you are wrapped up in the silk, you get a chance to decompress your spine and find a focus that is hard to get on the ground.
We keep our groups small, with only 6 to 8 hammocks per session in our Vashi studio. This ensures you get the attention you need, whether you are trying your first inversion or mastering a new flow. We prioritize safety above everything, using high-density foam mats and ensuring every piece of rigging is secure.
What makes this really special is how we end every class. You spend the final minutes in a floating Cocoon Savasana, gently swinging while you relax. It is the best way to decompress after a long day. Whether you want to improve your posture, get stronger, or just reset your mind, this is your sign to give it a try.
