Get a glimpse of the daily energy in our studio. From focused reformer work to strength-building movements, here is how our clients are finding their own progress and building better habits every single day.

Every move brings strength, balance, and wellness. This client is focused during a lunge on the reformer, building stability from the ground up.

This shot captures a moment of rest and reset between exercises on the reformer. Proper alignment is key even during transitions to ensure a safe and effective workout.

There are a trillion ways to stay fit, but there's nothing as calming as Pilates. This client is performing a standing leg exercise using the tower for resistance and support.

This exercise on the reformer uses the push-through bar to build leg and glute strength. The focus is on slow, controlled movements to maximize muscle engagement.

Achieve control over your body and breath. This client is using dumbbells on the reformer box to add an upper body strength challenge to her core work.

A stressful life can cause anxiety, but we can beat it with Pilates. These clients are finding their focus and strength during a group reformer class.

Self-growth comes with practice. These clients are focused on their form, demonstrating the mind-body connection that is at the heart of Pilates.

This video shows clients working on the stability chair and reformer, turning 'I can't' into 'I can' one class at a time. It highlights the supportive and challenging nature of my sessions.

About Additional Client Sessions

You will notice in these sessions that we rely heavily on apparatus like the Cadillac and reformer to support different fitness levels. Whether a client is recovering from an injury or just starting their fitness journey, we adjust the spring tension and resistance to ensure the movement is challenging but completely safe for their specific body mechanics.

These images offer a candid look at what happens inside our Hauz Khas studio. We believe that fitness should not be about following a generic crowd but about finding your own rhythm, and that shows in the diversity of movements you see here. We often get asked if Pilates is just for athletes or people already in great shape. The truth is, our clients range from sixteen to sixty, including new moms, seniors, and anyone dealing with back pain or stiffness.

Why We Use Variety

You see a mix of equipment in these photos because your body requires different types of support.

  • The Reformer: We use this for controlled resistance. It is excellent for building core strength without placing unnecessary strain on your joints.
  • The Cadillac & Stability Chair: These allow us to work on range of motion and functional strength in ways that a mat exercise simply cannot match.
  • Props: Using foam rollers, magic circles, and resistance bands helps us target specific muscle groups or facilitate myofascial release after a tough set.

Everything here follows the principles of 'Contrology'—the complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit. When you look at these sessions, you are seeing people focused on breath and alignment. That mental focus is what turns a simple exercise into a tool for stress relief and long-term physical health. If you are looking to move better in your daily life, stop worrying about your starting point and come in to see how we can adapt the work to fit you.
