Before you ever touch a reformer here, we conduct a 60-minute clinical assessment. We analyze your spinal alignment using our studio grid and review your medical history, so the movements we choose are corrective for your specific condition, whether it is a slip disc, chronic back pain, or post-natal recovery.

Our Clinical Approach

We do not offer cookie-cutter routines. At Pilates For You, our sessions are rooted in 'Contrology'—the deliberate coordination of body, mind, and spirit. When you are recovering from an injury, the last thing you need is a standard workout that could exacerbate your condition. Instead, we use the Reformer, Cadillac, and Stability Chair to create a low-impact environment where we can precisely control the resistance, speed, and range of motion.
