Join our group reformer sessions to build core strength and improve mobility. Experience the energy of a shared class with the precision of personalized form correction, right here in Hauz Khas.

This is the focus and synchronicity of a group reformer class. Each client is engaged in a deep stretch, working at their own level to improve flexibility and strength.

A group of clients performs a standing arm series on the reformer. This exercise challenges balance, strengthens the upper body, and engages the core, all at once.

Here you can see me providing an adjustment during a group class. Even in a group setting, I ensure each client is using the correct form to get the most out of every movement.

A full class works on a lunge variation. The reformer adds resistance and challenge, helping everyone to build lower body strength and improve their balance together.

This side-body stretch on the reformer is a great way to build oblique strength and improve spinal mobility. The group setting adds a layer of shared motivation.

This side-lying leg series on the reformer targets the outer thighs and glutes. Using dumbbells adds an upper body challenge, making it a full-body exercise.

A Pilates class is about more than just abs. This video shows a variety of full-body movements our clients practice in a group setting to feel stronger and more graceful.

Precision and perfection are what we strive for. This video shows a group class moving in unison, demonstrating the control and focus that Pilates cultivates.

This video captures the dynamic nature of a group reformer class. You can see clients working on leg and glute exercises with my verbal cues guiding them through each movement.

The spine twist is a fantastic exercise for mobility and oblique strength. In this video, you can see a group practicing this movement with control and precision.

About Group Reformer Sessions

In these group sessions, you aren't just following along. I actively monitor your form on the reformer, ensuring you use the springs and levers correctly to engage the right muscles. Whether you're here for athletic conditioning or postural correction, you get the technical adjustments you need to make the movement count, without getting lost in a crowd.

Many people worry that group fitness means sacrificing quality for community. At my studio in Hauz Khas, that is not the case. My Group Reformer Sessions are designed to give you the motivating atmosphere of a group while ensuring every movement remains controlled and effective.

Why the Reformer Matters

We use professional-grade Merrithew equipment to provide resistance that targets your deep core muscles, something mat-based workouts often miss. The springs allow us to adjust the intensity of an exercise instantly. If you are working on injury rehabilitation or just need a lower-impact day, we can dial it back. If you want to challenge your stability and functional strength, we dial it up.

What to Expect

These sessions are about more than just a workout; they are about understanding how your body moves. You will notice improvements in:

  • Postural Alignment: Correcting the forward-leaning posture common in desk jobs.
  • Spinal Mobility: Using twisting and extension movements to relieve lower back stiffness.
  • Core Engagement: Learning to recruit deep abdominal muscles rather than just overworking the superficial ones.

I focus on precision over speed. You will feel the burn, but it will be a burn that comes from executing the movement with correct mechanics. We prioritize breathing patterns and tempo to ensure you finish the session feeling energized, not depleted. Whether you are a total beginner or an athlete looking to cross-train, these group sessions are built to meet you where you are.
