Step inside our Vasant Kunj studio. See how our sessions use the Reformer, Cadillac, and personalized correction to build strength, fix posture, and manage pain.

Finding balance is a key principle of Pilates. This image shows a client performing a teaser on the spine corrector, a move that requires immense core control and balance.

Pilates is powerful for your body and gentle on your soul. This backbend on the spine corrector is a perfect example of how we build strength through deep, mindful stretches.

I often say that Pilates is a form of self-love. This exercise on the Reformer, a variation of the swan, helps to strengthen the back and open the chest, promoting good posture and confidence.

It's time to obsess over you. This is the mindset I encourage in my clients and my trainees. This advanced move on the Reformer requires focus, strength, and a commitment to prioritizing your own well-being.

Let your grit take over. This image captures the moment a client adjusts the springs on her Reformer, preparing for the next challenge. My training builds not just muscle, but character and determination.

Osteoporosis is a major concern, especially for Indian women. In this video, I demonstrate simple, safe, and effective exercises with a resistance band that can be done at home to protect bone health. This is the kind of practical knowledge I share with my instructors.

Want a strong, sculpted Pilates back? This video demonstrates a series of exercises on the Reformer that are perfect for improving posture and building back strength. These are the types of routines you will learn to create.

This image captures the essence of a group class using the magic circle. My goal is to bring everyone into alignment, not just with their own body, mind, and soul, but with each other.

This is a hip opener exercise on the Reformer. I teach my instructors how to guide clients through movements that improve flexibility and mobility in key areas of the body.

These are not your average core exercises. This video showcases four dynamic core moves on the Reformer that are fun and challenging. As an instructor, you'll learn how to keep your classes engaging.

About In the Studio: A Glimpse into Our Sessions

When you walk into our studio in Vasant Kunj, you will not find loud music or intimidating gym crowds. It is a quiet, focused space where we use the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair not just for exercise, but for deliberate, slow-movement healing that fixes your posture from your very first session.

I started this studio because I saw a gap in Delhi's fitness scene. After moving from a scientist's life to a life of movement, I knew that standard group classes often ignore the unique mechanics of the individual. That is why our sessions operate differently.

Why Our Sessions Are Different

We do not believe in cookie-cutter routines. Whether you are working with the Reformer for core stability or the Cadillac for spinal decompression, everything we do is anchored in functional anatomy. You are not just following an instructor; you are learning the 'why' behind every move.

What You Experience

  • Personal Attention: We keep our batches intimate—usually 2 to 6 students. This ensures I or my team can offer tactile corrections, adjusting your alignment in real-time to prevent injury and maximize progress.
  • Equipment Mastery: Our space is fully equipped with professional-grade apparatus. You will learn how to use the Arc Barrel, Spine Corrector, and Magic Ring to modify movements based on whether you are recovering from a slip disc, managing osteoporosis, or simply looking to build athletic strength.
  • A Culture of Consistency: We do not chase quick, temporary trends. We chase physiological change. If you are here for postpartum recovery or post-surgery rehab, you will see us break down complex movements into manageable, safe steps that build your resilience from the inside out.

This is a place to learn, heal, and do the hard work required to see a real difference in your body.

I was meant to be a scientist, but the studio is where my true experiments happen. I am Namita, and I do not believe in standard workouts. I believe in watching your body, understanding your pain, and using Pilates to fix it, whether you are 20 or 70.
