What to Expect in Class
When you walk into a group class, you are surrounded by fellow Balance Girlies and Boys who are all working on their own goals. Our instructors provide constant cues for form, so you aren't just moving, you are engaging the right muscles. From posture correction to injury recovery, the focus is always on how you feel. We keep the batches small (5 to 8 stations) so you never get lost in the crowd.
