About Reformer & Cadillac Sessions

Don't stress if you've never used a Reformer or Cadillac machine before. Our group classes are intentionally kept small—just 4 to 6 people—so our instructors can actually see your form and correct your posture in real-time. You're not just following a video; you're getting hands-on guidance to ensure you're working the right muscles safely, whether you're rehabbing a back injury or just building that core strength.
