A strong, healthy body? Bhai, paise se nahi milti (money can't buy it). It’s built with discipline and a little bit of junoon (passion). I’m here to push you, celebrate your wins, and call out your excuses—because I know you can do more than you think.

With 9+ years as a certified trainer, I focus on:

- Intensity with safety
- No-nonsense, honest feedback I’m all in, and I expect that same fire from you. If you want results, you gotta bring the mehnat (hard work).

My Story
Hi, I’m Pawan Gautam, fitness coach from Ghaziabad-Indirapuram. Fitness mera junoon hai, but life balance bhi zaroori hai. Jab training nahi chal rahi hoti, family, dost, cricket, Holi ki masti – sab kuch enjoy karta hoon. IPL ka time toh alag hi vibe hoti hai! Kabhi kabhi mountains ki taraf bhi nikal jaata hoon. Kaam bhi karo, life bhi jiyo – bas yehi mantra hai.

Personal Training & Online Coaching - I’m a GGFI certified fitness coach - I offer gym sessions and online personal training for all levels.
Bodyweight Strength & Weight Programs - Specialised in bodyweight strength training, step-by-step weight loss program and weight gain plans.
My Training Style - Gold’s Gym Indirapuram main base hai, but online bhi full energy sessions milenge. Form and intensity pe focus karta hoon.
Patience & Philosophy - Mehnat aapki, guidance meri. Sabr rakho, results time lete hain. No Maggi, only transformation!
