About Online Coaching: Your Gym, Anywhere
When you sign up for online coaching, I don't just send you a PDF and walk away. We have weekly 15-minute video check-ins to track your progress and review your form videos, ensuring you train safely and effectively whether you are working out at a gym or at home.
How We Work Together
Online fitness isn't just about following a generic video. It’s about accountability and science-backed planning.
The Plan: I design a 4-6 day workout split based on the equipment you actually have. Whether you have a full home setup or just a yoga mat, the intensity stays high.
Indian-Centric Nutrition: Forget about exotic ingredients you can't find. We focus on balanced, home-cooked meals—think Roti, Dal, Paneer, and Chicken—tailored to your macro needs.
Accountability: You will have direct access to me on WhatsApp for any queries, with typical response times of 3-4 hours. We use video analysis to correct your exercise form, so you don't pick up bad habits that lead to injury.
