I don't just count reps. Whether we are training in the gym or via online coaching, I personally review your form through pre-recorded videos to ensure you are lifting safely. If something feels off, we fix your technique immediately before we ever increase the load.
Building a body isn't an overnight task, and I don't believe in shortcuts. My approach is simple: we focus on your goals—be it weight loss, muscle gain, or functional stamina—without overcomplicating the science. I provide custom Indian diet charts that actually fit your lifestyle, using home-cooked meals like Dal, Roti, and Paneer, because fitness should be sustainable, not a chore.
In my sessions, I emphasize form over everything else. Whether you join me at Gold's Gym in Indirapuram or I come to your home in Rajnagar or Vaishali, the intensity remains the same. You will find me spotting your heavy lifts and managing floor logistics to keep your workout efficient. For those training online, I use weekly video check-ins to monitor your progress photos and weight. Fitness is as much about the mind as it is about the body. I’m here to call out your excuses, guide your sweat, and help you find that discipline. Remember, a body is built with patience and 'mehnat'—it takes time, just not like instant noodles.
