We are excited to have Kru Shaleena leading our Muay Thai program. Known as the 'art of eight limbs,' Muay Thai is an incredibly effective striking art that builds fitness and strength.

About Our Training Disciplines
You will not just memorize forms or sequences. In every discipline here, from Muay Thai striking to BJJ grappling, we focus on live drills. If you choose to spar, it is done under strict supervision to ensure you learn how to handle resistance, not just shadowbox.
At The Dojo, we believe martial arts is a lifelong journey that starts with the fundamentals. Whether you are stepping onto the mats for the first time or looking to sharpen your technical edge, our approach remains the same: discipline, respect, and hard work.
Our Disciplines
We are a multi-disciplinary space, meaning you can train across several arts in one facility:
- Kyokushin & JKA Karate: As an official affiliate of the Japan Karate Association, we emphasize traditional Shotokan and the power of Kyokushin. This is about building a foundation of balance, stance, and impact.
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ): From Gi to No-Gi classes, we teach you how to use leverage, joint locks, and ground control. It is perfect for understanding body mechanics and escaping holds.
- Muay Thai: Often called the art of eight limbs, this is our go-to for striking efficiency. You will learn to use punches, kicks, knees, and elbows in a controlled, safe environment.
The Environment
We built this space to feel like a real Japanese dojo, not a generic fitness center. Located in HSR Layout, Sector 2, our facility features high-density EVA mats for safe impact and a clean, traditional setup. We keep the class sizes manageable so that our instructors can offer actual corrections, not just general instructions.
We train hard, but we also believe in laughing and supporting each other. You will find that our community is one of our strongest assets. From the 7:15 AM batches to our evening sessions, everyone is here to push each other to be better. We avoid the 'gym rat' mentality; here, we focus on the warrior spirit.
