Krav Maga isn't a dance. We train for the street, not the movies. Here, we drill the fundamentals—striking, footwork, and pressure handling—until they become your second nature.

This is a typical class, full of energy and purpose. We combine footwork drills with partner-based striking to build reflexes, coordination, and the ability to move and attack simultaneously.

Student versus teacher. Sparring with me is a pressure test. It's where you learn to apply techniques against a resisting opponent, find your openings, and manage distance under fire.

Training covers all ranges of combat. We move from core conditioning on the floor to ground control techniques, ensuring you know how to defend yourself even if the fight goes to the ground.

Shadowboxing is where you perfect your form. Here, students practice their punches and kicks in the air, focusing on technique, speed, and fluid movement without the distraction of a target.

We drill fundamental movements like the front roll to teach agility and how to fall safely. This skill is crucial for recovering your footing in a chaotic situation.

No pain, no gain. Students practice delivering powerful strikes on pads, a critical drill for developing knockout power and learning to transfer energy from the ground up through the fist.

Repetition is the mother of skill. In this drill, students work on their striking combinations, building the muscle memory needed to react instinctively in a high-stress encounter.

This is a classic boxing drill, focusing on head movement, footwork, and counter-punching. We incorporate these skills into our Krav Maga system for a well-rounded striking defense.

Here, a student practices her striking combinations on a kick shield. This drill is about delivering a high volume of accurate punches and elbows to overwhelm an attacker.

We train to strike with all available weapons. This drill focuses on combining punches with powerful low kicks, targeting an opponent's legs to disrupt their balance and mobility.

About Core Techniques & Drills

We don't just teach you to punch; we teach you to punch under pressure. In these sessions, you aren't fighting a compliant partner. You are working with resistance, dealing with fatigue, and learning to keep your guard up when your heart rate hits the ceiling. This is the critical difference between a standard gym workout and a real-world survival skill.

In a real confrontation, you do not rise to the occasion; you sink to the level of your training. That is why our core sessions are repetitive, gritty, and physically demanding. We strip away the flashy martial arts choreography and focus on what actually works: simple, direct strikes.

Our curriculum focuses on three core pillars:

  • Functional Striking: We focus on power transfer. Whether it is a jab, a low kick, or a palm strike, the goal is maximum impact with minimal energy.
  • Ground Survival: Most street fights end up on the floor. We train you to get back up, protect your head, and escape, not just wrestle.
  • Stress Inoculation: You will notice our drills often involve partner resistance. You will be tired, you might be winded, and that is the point. We simulate the adrenaline dump so you do not freeze when things actually go sideways.

We train on mats, often with industrial fans and heavy bags. It is loud, it is sweaty, and it is meant to be that way. Whether you are a beginner or someone with prior fighting experience, we break your bad habits and replace them with street-ready reflexes. You will leave feeling capable, not just tired.

I started Contact Combat India because I was tired of watching people learn fake moves that don't work on the street. I teach you how to survive, period. If you want to sweat, learn how to protect yourself, and stop looking for 'show-off' moves, come train with us.
