About Striking Drills: Boxing, Kickboxing & Muay Thai
We do not rely on gym gimmicks. When you join our striking program, you get unlimited access to 60 to 90 minute sessions, six days a week. We focus on real pad work, technical footwork drills, and controlled sparring, ensuring you learn the fundamentals of boxing and the art of eight limbs through sweat and discipline, not quick-fix fitness workouts.
How We Train Striking
Striking at Panthers Combat Club is not just about throwing punches; it is about precision, timing, and conditioning. Our sessions are designed to push your limits, starting with the basics of boxing. You will spend time on footwork, defensive head movement, and jab-cross combinations until they are second nature.
We integrate Muay Thai and kickboxing to complete your striking arsenal. You will practice elbow strikes, knee clinches, and roundhouse kicks using heavy bags and traditional focus mitts. Every batch is overseen by myself or senior staff to ensure your form is correct and safe. We keep our group batch ratios between 1:15 and 1:20, ensuring you get the personal feedback needed to actually improve.
The Training Environment
Our facility in Jayanagar 7th Block is built for work, not luxury. It is a non-AC environment with natural ventilation and ceiling fans, so expect to sweat. We use 20mm-30mm EVA puzzle mats for grappling safety and provide all the essential gear including hanging heavy bags, wall-mounted uppercut bags, and an elevated boxing ring. We also incorporate conditioning tools like tractor tires, plyometric boxes, and traditional Indian Gada (mace) to build the functional strength required for sustained fighting.
