All progress takes place outside your comfort zone. We use bodyweight exercises like wall-assisted handstand pushups to build functional upper body strength.

About this collection
We do not rely on treadmills or machines. Our conditioning revolves around functional, old-school movements that actually translate to the mat. You will be flipping tractor tires, swinging Gada maces, and running through high-intensity circuit drills that target your explosive power and core stability. This is designed to improve your performance regardless of whether you are here for combat sports or general athletic development.
Our conditioning philosophy at Panthers Combat Club is rooted in creating a capable, resilient body. Many people train for aesthetics, but we train for utility.
When you join our sessions in Jayanagar, you are not just lifting weights. You are engaging in movements that mimic the demands of a fight. Our rotation includes:
