Our Champions: The Wall of Fame
Results speak louder than words. This is a testament to the hard work and dedication of my students, who consistently win medals at zonal, regional, and national level championships in Boxing, Taekwondo, and more. We don't just prepare you for a fight; we train you to become a champion.
Kusti: The Art of Indian Wrestling
We keep the ancient art of Kusti alive. This is traditional Indian wrestling in a mud pit, or 'akhada', focusing on building raw, functional strength, leverage, and grappling endurance. It is the foundation of ground fighting and a core part of our MMA curriculum.
Striking Drills: Boxing, Kickboxing & Muay Thai
This is where we sharpen our weapons. Our striking program covers everything from fundamental boxing footwork to powerful Muay Thai kicks and knees. We use a combination of shadowboxing, heavy bag work, pad drills, and controlled sparring to build technique, power, and speed.
Grappling & Takedowns: Judo & BJJ
Fighting doesn't always stay on the feet. Our grappling program integrates techniques from Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and wrestling to teach you how to control an opponent in the clinch, execute powerful takedowns, and dominate on the ground with submissions.
Taekwondo: Kicks, Sparring & Discipline
We offer specialized Taekwondo training focusing on dynamic kicks, agility, and competitive sparring (Kyorugi). This discipline is excellent for building flexibility, speed, and the mental focus required to excel in martial arts.
Combat Conditioning & Fitness
A fighter's greatest asset is their engine. Our combat conditioning workouts are tough and effective, using a mix of old-school drills like tire flips and Gada training with modern strength and conditioning principles. We build real-world strength and endurance, no shortcuts.
Self-Defense & Weapons Training
We teach practical skills for the real world. This includes effective self-defense techniques for men and women, focusing on awareness and simple, powerful responses. We also offer training in traditional weapons like the Silambam (stick), Nunchaku, and Gada (mace) to improve coordination, focus, and discipline.
