Pricing Guide
Standard Foundation Program
Schedule & Batch Details
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (12 sessions per month), 60 minutes per session.
- Batch Size: Groups of 15 to 20 students to ensure individual posture correction.
- Grouping: Separate batch management for Kids (focus on discipline) and Adults (focus on fitness).
Curriculum Focus
- Conditioning: 15 minute warm up featuring dynamic stretching, plyometrics (box jumps), and calisthenics.
- Technique: Instruction on fundamental stances, basic blocks, and linear kicks (Front and Roundhouse).
- Etiquette: Strict adherence to dojang rules and Korean terminology.
Facility Access
- Infrastructure: 3000 sqft non AC space with standard 25mm EVA foam interlocking mats.
- Gear: Usage of handheld focus pads and square kicking targets for accuracy training.
- Amenities: Access to changing area and open storage cubbies.
Competitive Squad Training
Elite Training Intensity
- Frequency: 5 to 6 sessions per week with extended hours during championship preparation camps.
- Mentorship: Direct coaching under Master Satish Kumar S. (National Referee/State Coach).
- Focus: Specialized Kyorugi (sparring) training with full contact rules and scoring strategy.
Advanced Tactics
- Drills: Execution of complex combinations including spin kicks, cut kicks, and counter attacks.
- Simulation: Full gear practice matches with refereeing to simulate tournament pressure.
- Analysis: Technical critique and fight management insights.
Athlete Resources
- Strength Training: Access to free weights (barbells/dumbbells) and plyometric boxes for explosive power.
- Competition: Eligibility tracking for District, State, and National championships.
- Equipment: Usage of club owned heavy bags and shared protective gear (chest guards/headgear).

I’ve seen tough times myself, badatanada nadeveyu (even through poverty), and that’s why I teach that your mind is your strongest weapon.

Whether you’re new or already know your stuff, you’ll find your fit here. For kids, our kids Taekwondo classes aren’t just about training - they’re about growing confidence, discipline, and having fun in every session. For the more serious, our Team Panthers is always grinding, with competitive sparring training and poomsae practice that gets you ready for state or national championships. And if you just want to feel safer, we include practical self-defense for young girls and boys in all batches.
How We Train
Our focus is on the whole athlete. Daily sessions mix flexibility and strength exercises, explosive drills, and acrobatics. It’s tough - but you’ll see improvement in your body, speed, and sharpness.

My Story
People call me master of 10 martial arts, and yeah, I’ve earned it. News once called me 'badatanada nadeveyu... samara kale veera' (even through poverty... a martial arts hero). Not just fights, it’s about discipline, mind power, falling and getting up. Panthers Combat Club started 13 years back, but I’ve been coaching 22 years. Awards? Yes, but my students winning medals, running marathons, that’s my real pride. We build champions – in sport and life.
My Work
Martial Arts & Fitness Training - We teach Taekwondo, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, BJJ, MMA, Kusti, Gymnastics, and self-defense.
Experience Counts - Been coaching 22 years, Panthers Combat Club is 13 years strong. This is not a side gig.
Training for All Ages - Kids, adults, girls, boys – beginners or pros. Everyone’s welcome in our classes.
Making Champions - Our students win medals at all levels. Taekwondo championship coaching is our thing.
