Martial Arts and Combat Training Highlights at Panthers
A look at the discipline, sweat, and community that define Panthers Combat Club. We train for the ring and for life.
This is what training with us looks like: focused, intense, and respectful. I oversee every sparring session to ensure you are pushing your limits safely and learning from every exchange.
We don't just train, we win. Here is our team of young champs from the Karnataka Grand Prix Open Taekwondo Championship, bringing home a total of 14 Gold, 12 Silver, and 5 Bronze medals.
We honor the roots of combat with traditional Kusti, or Indian wrestling. Here, two of my students are engaged in a match, showcasing the raw strength and technique that forms the foundation of grappling.
I believe martial arts is essential for everyone, especially young women. This is a glimpse into a sparring session where my students practice self-defense techniques, building confidence and strength.
This is what six months of dedication, natural diet, and hard work looks like. We believe in building real strength without shortcuts, supplements, or steroids, just pure discipline.
Explosive power is built, not given. Our combat conditioning includes plyometric drills like box jumps to develop the force and agility needed for competitive martial arts.
Martial arts is a mind game. Here, I am practicing with nunchaku, a tool that requires immense focus and coordination, demonstrating the mental discipline we instill in all our students.
About this collection
You will not find air conditioning or fancy machines here. What you will find is a raw, no-shortcuts training environment where we focus on real-world application, from boxing footwork to the intense conditioning of traditional Gada training. I personally oversee our sessions, ensuring every student builds genuine strength and technical skill in a safe, monitored setting.
For over 22 years, I have coached athletes in Bengaluru, and for the last 13 years, Panthers Combat Club in Jayanagar has been the home for those who want to learn martial arts the right way. We do not believe in shortcuts or steroids. Whether you are stepping into a gym for the first time or training for a national Taekwondo championship, my focus is on natural transformation and disciplined progression.
Our training covers a wide spectrum: striking drills in Boxing and Muay Thai, the technical control of Judo and BJJ, and the raw power of Indian Kusti. We make sure that beginners are not intimidated. You start with fundamentals and move into controlled sparring only when you are ready. My students—ranging from young kids to working professionals—develop more than just a fighting style. They develop a mindset that carries over into their personal and professional lives. If you are looking for a place that treats combat sports with respect and intensity, this is it.
Panthers Combat Club
I started Panthers Combat Club to teach more than just fighting. I look at my students and see future champions, whether they are here for weight loss, self-defense, or national glory. We do not just train bodies; we build the mindset to never give up.
