About this collection
Many newcomers think ground fighting is about who is the strongest. It is actually a physical chess match where technique beats muscle every time. We teach you to use leverage and balance to control opponents, ensuring you stay calm under pressure whether you are drilling a Judo hip throw or a BJJ submission.
We do not believe in shortcuts at Panthers Combat Club. Ground fighting requires a mindset of continuous improvement, which is why we live by the philosophy that you either win or you learn. Our curriculum integrates high-percentage Judo throws, BJJ submission chains, and the raw, functional strength of traditional Indian Kusti.
When we drill takedowns like the Seoi Nage, we look for precise entries, balance, and finishing technique. In ground training, you will focus on guard retention, escapes, and controlled submission grappling on our professional-grade puzzle mats. This is not a gym where you just move weights; this is where you develop the combat IQ to handle any position, whether you are on your feet or fighting off your back. Beginners and advanced fighters train together, learning to adapt to pressure. If you are ready to get off the couch and onto the mats, this is the place to start.
