About this collection

I do not just teach techniques, I prepare students for the ring. Whether it is the CISCE National level or State Championships in Bangalore, every medalist you see here spent months drilling footwork, conditioning their bodies, and mastering their mindset. This is not just about winning a match; it is about building the mental toughness to stand your ground when things get difficult.

Boxing at a competitive level is not for the faint of heart. When my students stand on the podium at state or national championships, they are not just showing off medals. They are showing the result of thousands of hours in the gym. Preparing for tournaments involves much more than just learning how to throw a punch. We focus on intense ring craft, controlled full-contact sparring, and strict weight management protocols.

If you want to train for championships, you need to understand the grind. My students often train 90 to 120 minutes per session, focusing on high-intensity interval training, neck strengthening, and complex reflex drills. We do not use shortcuts or steroids. Everything you see—the gold, silver, and bronze—comes from natural discipline.

I prepare students for CISCE National level meets and Karnataka State Boxing Association events. This requires deep familiarity with scoring, licensing, and the mental pressure of a real bout. If you are looking to step into the ring, understand that my gym in Jayanagar 7th Block is a place for hard work. You will get hit, you will get tired, and you will learn. But if you have the fire, I will provide the training to make you a champion.
