Sparring is where technique meets reality. Whether you are here for stress relief or to compete, we prioritize discipline, safety, and controlled ring time.

I am closely supervising a controlled sparring session between two of my students. I focus on teaching them to maintain their guard, use footwork, and think under pressure, all within a safe environment.

Here, I am refereeing a practice bout, ensuring my students adhere to the rules of amateur boxing. This prepares them for the discipline and structure of a real competition.

A partner drill session where one student practices combinations on focus mitts. This drill is crucial for developing punching accuracy, power, and speed under my guidance.

Students practicing defensive drills with headgear. Learning to slip, block, and counter punches is just as important as learning to attack. I ensure these fundamentals are mastered.

This video shows a fast paced exchange during a sparring session inside our boxing ring. This level of intensity helps build the stamina and resilience needed for competitive boxing.

About this collection

Sparring at my club is not a street fight. It is a controlled exchange where we prioritize the mind over the fist. Before you step into the ring, we focus heavily on your stance and defensive reflexes so you learn to take a hit without losing your cool. If you are here for the Competitive Amateur track, expect 90-minute sessions that demand real stamina, tactical focus, and full adherence to our safety protocols.

Boxing is about the mental edge, not just the physical punch. In our Jayanagar facility, we treat the ring with absolute respect. It is not just about swinging; it is about learning how to move, slip, block, and control your breathing under pressure.

The Two Paths to Training Most people start with our Fitness Boxing batches. Here, you focus on heavy bags, shadowboxing, and conditioning. There is no sparring in these sessions, which makes it perfect for those building up their stamina and stress relief. If you are aiming for the Competitive Amateur track, we shift the focus entirely. These sessions run 90 to 120 minutes and happen in our elevated ring. You will need to bring your own hand wraps, mouth guards, and personal gloves for hygiene and safety.

Why We Spar Sparring is where technique meets reality. Under my direct supervision, we start with light contact to build your confidence. We do not rush you. My students learn the difference between fighting and boxing. A good boxer stays calm when the pressure is on. I have spent 22 years coaching, and I have seen that the students who succeed are the ones who listen to their corner. Whether you are training for a state-level championship or just want to test your mettle, the focus is always on building a champion in sport and in life. We keep our groups managed so every individual gets the attention they need.
