See what happens when discipline meets serious training. From regional gold medals to natural body transformations, this is how we build champions in Jayanagar.

This is what we train for. A moment of victory for my student Mohit Kumaran at the CISCE Regional Boxing Championship. I teach my boxers to be ready for the ring, and the results speak for themselves.

The proof is in the medals. Here is a part of Team Panthers after a successful run at the CISCE Zonal Boxing Championship, with every student bringing home a medal. We train to win, and we win as a team.

A typical boxing class in session. I focus on partner drills to build reflexes, timing, and ring awareness. You can see me observing and correcting form to ensure every punch is effective.

This is what six months of dedication looks like. This student achieved this incredible body transformation through consistent hard work and a natural diet. No supplements, just pure discipline and boxing fitness.

Sparring is where you learn the most. I am always in the ring with my students, refereeing and providing direct guidance to ensure they are safe while pushing their limits. This is essential amateur boxing coaching.

Explosive power is key in boxing. We incorporate plyometric exercises like box jumps to build the strength and agility needed in the ring. This is a core part of our boxing fitness workouts.

We build champions at every age. I am incredibly proud of my Under 14 boys team, who earned the Runner Up Trophy at the CISCE Regional Boxing Championship. Here they are on the podium with their well deserved medals.
