In our first session, we start with a 15-minute diagnostic chat to simply listen to where you are—whether it's burnout from single parenting or the emotional weight of a career pivot—and then we customize a mix of breathwork, sound healing, and reflective practices that actually fit into your daily life.

- The 12-Week Intensive: For those ready to commit, this 3-month program is structured in phases: Month 1 focuses on clearing emotional clutter, Month 2 on reconnecting with your needs, and Month 3 on rising into your new identity.
- Holistic Tools: We blend conversation with somatic practices like Pranayama (breathwork), body scans, and restorative yoga. When words fail, we use meditative art, such as mandala drawing, to help you express what is hidden beneath the surface.
- Vibrational Support: I use sound healing with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls to help regulate your nervous system. These sessions help release stored tension, especially for those dealing with insomnia or hormonal shifts.

I offer 1-on-1 sessions both online via Zoom and in-person at my private studio in Challaghatta, Bangalore.
