My Healing Journey and Wellness Philosophy
A look behind the scenes of my practice, where personal transformation meets holistic healing for women navigating life's major shifts.
My healing journey has become my guide to helping others. Becoming a Transformational Healing Coach was not about a title; it was about answering a soul-deep purpose to hold space, share tools, and remind others of their inner power.
I am certified and trained in a variety of transformation and healing tools. My path involved blending yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness with coaching to create safe spaces for women to heal and grow.
My journey has been built on years of yoga, meditation, and inner work. It has involved learning from incredible mentors, facing my own fears and doubts, and breaking old patterns to discover my true purpose.
My own life challenges became the stepping stones to discovering my true purpose. This photo was taken at an event where I was recognized for my work, a moment that represents the culmination of my personal and professional journey.
Today, I offer emotional well-being coaching and healing practices for mothers, women, and parents. My programs and workshops are designed to help you find balance and inner strength, no matter where you are in your journey.
This is my message to my community: your healing journey can become your greatest gift. I am here to walk with you every step of the way, offering the same support and guidance that helped me on my own path.
I blend ancient yogic practices with contemporary techniques to create a unique and effective teaching style. My sessions are designed to promote physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth.
This was a dream come true: the unofficial opening of my new offline and online studio, Padma Yoga Academy. This space represents a fresh beginning and my commitment to creating a sanctuary for healing and evolution.
About My Journey & Philosophy
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing. Before we start any session, I dedicate the first 15 minutes to a diagnostic chat where we identify your specific stressors—whether that’s burnout, postpartum anxiety, or a life transition—so the following hour of breathwork and sound healing is tailored exactly to what your nervous system needs that day.
My path to becoming a transformation healing coach wasn’t a straight line. It was born out of my own experiences with burnout, single parenting, and physical injury, which forced me to re-evaluate what wellness really means. I learned that true balance isn't found in a perfect yoga pose, but in the messy, honest work of reconnecting with yourself.
My Approach to Wellness
At Padma Yoga Academy, I blend ancient yogic practices with modern therapeutic tools. When you visit my private studio in Challaghatta, we aren't just stretching bodies; we are working on the nervous system.
- Vibrational Therapy: I use Tibetan singing bowls and crystal chimes to help clear emotional blockages that often manifest as physical tension.
- Somatic Movement: We use gentle breathwork and movement to release stored stress, making it accessible even if you are recovering from an injury or just starting your journey.
- Creative Expression: For times when words feel inadequate, I incorporate mandala art and journaling into our sessions to help you gain clarity.
Why I Work This Way
I’ve been where you are—feeling unheard, exhausted, and disconnected. This is why I keep my mentorship and coaching sessions focused on real-world application. Whether we are working on postnatal recovery, fertility, or navigating a career shift, my goal is to give you tools you can actually use at home. We move through phases together, starting with cleansing and releasing, moving toward reconnection, and finally rising into a place of balance. If you are looking for a space in Bengaluru that values your story as much as your physical health, you are welcome here.
Aarthi Padmanabhan
I’m Aarthi, and I’m a human first. After moving out of the corporate world and healing from my own life transitions, I realized we need spaces that accept our messiness. I’ve built this practice for women who want to find balance through yoga, sound, and art, without needing to perform perfect poses.
