Welcome to my new studio, the home of Padma Yoga Academy. I designed this space to be a peaceful sanctuary for both online and in-person classes, filled with light and calm energy.
My journey to becoming a transformation healing coach was born from my own struggles and desire for inner peace. I now guide women and parents to find their own balance and strength.
As a yoga coach and body movement instructor, I blend ancient practices with modern techniques. My goal is to guide you on a transformative journey toward physical health and mental clarity.
About My Journey & Our Sacred Space
When you walk into my studio in Challaghatta, do not expect a polished or intimidating gym environment. You will find bookshelves, a quiet corner set aside for sound healing, and mats laid out simply on the floor. This space is intentionally kept quiet and uncluttered, designed to feel more like a comfortable living room where you can drop your guard and truly let go from the moment you step inside.
My path to opening Padma Yoga Academy was not a straight line. It was born out of my own 'second innings'—a time in my life when I needed to rebuild my sense of self after divorce and single parenthood. I realized that true healing is rarely about achieving a perfect pose on a mat. It is about creating a container where you feel safe enough to be messy, honest, and real.
I built this studio in Challaghatta as a sacred space for that exact purpose. Whether you are coming here for prenatal yoga, sound healing sessions, or a parent-child workshop, the goal remains the same: to help you evolve from within. We keep our groups small, typically around 6 to 10 participants, because I want to ensure I can give personal attention to every person who walks through the door.
This is not a high-intensity fitness center. It is a holistic wellness studio in Bengaluru where we blend ancient yogic wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques like art therapy and breathwork. When you join a session here, you are entering a judgment-free zone. We use simple tools—games for children, mindful journaling for teens, and restorative poses for adults—to help you navigate the stresses of daily life. If you are looking for a community that values authenticity over performance, this is where you belong.
