Fun-Filled Camps & Creative Workshops for Kids
I create spaces where children move, paint, and breathe without the pressure to be perfect. Join us for a season of discovery, play, and emotional growth in Bangalore.
From painting their imagination to flying in our aerial yoga swings, my summer camps are filled with adventure. These activities are designed to build confidence and coordination in a playful way.
A glimpse into our summer camp fun at the Little Yogi studio. This video shows children learning the basics of aerial yoga and engaging in group storytelling sessions.
Here are more moments from our kids yoga camp, where we focus on interactive games and partner poses. These activities help build teamwork and social skills among the children.
About Fun-Filled Camps & Creative Workshops
Instead of rigid instruction, I focus on Krida Yoga, which uses animal movements and games to naturally build strength and focus. Each session integrates 15 minutes of mindful art therapy, giving your child a quiet space to express their emotions and feel grounded before they head home.
My workshops are designed for children who need to express themselves in a non-competitive environment. Whether it is through our twice-weekly yoga sessions or our holiday camps, the goal is always the same: helping kids find balance in a busy world.
What we do in our sessions
- Mindful Movement: We use storytelling and games to teach poses, ensuring children stay engaged. This helps with motor skills, coordination, and posture.
- Creative Expression: Art therapy is a core part of my program. By combining painting and craft with yoga, children learn to channel big feelings like anxiety or frustration into something tangible and calm.
- Breathwork for Kids: I teach simple, accessible techniques like Bubble Breaths and Balloon Breaths. These are tools your child can take home to manage stress during school or homework.
Programs for every age
- Kids Yoga & Art Therapy (Ages 5-12): This is about building confidence through play. We keep cohorts small, around 6 to 10 children, so everyone gets attention.
- Teen Mindfulness & Resilience: For older children facing academic pressure, I offer structured journaling, posture correction for text-neck, and focus techniques like Trataka (candle gazing) to help with concentration.
- Parent-Child Bonding: These sessions are special. We practice partner poses that require communication and trust, helping you and your child connect without distractions.
Everything I do is rooted in the belief that healing is a journey. Whether you are looking for after-school support or a weekend activity in Challaghatta, my studio is a place where your family can come as you are.
