These sessions are a special time for parents and children to bond through movement and laughter. We practice partner poses and mindful listening exercises that strengthen your connection and create joyful memories together.

The Magic of Mindful Breathing

I teach children simple and fun breathing exercises to help them manage big emotions, calm their minds, and improve focus. Techniques like Bubble Breaths and Balloon Breaths make mindfulness accessible and enjoyable for kids.

Holistic Wellness for Every Stage of Life

Beyond kids yoga, I offer a range of services to support women and families, including Prenatal and Postnatal yoga, Menopause wellness classes, and Sound Healing sessions. All classes are available both online and at my Bangalore studio.
