We do not believe in one-size-fits-all routines here. My schedule is built to shift with your life, blending Hatha and Vinyasa for physical strength with sound meditation and therapy classes to calm your nervous system. My journey at Padma Yoga Academy started from a place of necessity—learning to rebuild after life-altering changes. Because of this, my approach to wellness is not about achieving the perfect pose. It is about choosing the practice that your body and mind actually need today.
How We Approach Healing
- Targeted Physical Practice: Whether it is Hatha for foundational strength or Vinyasa for flow, we prioritize movement that serves your current phase of life. If you are coming off an injury or starting your postnatal recovery, we focus on safe, steady progress rather than intensity.
- Hormonal & Emotional Support: I specialize in holding space for women through prenatal and postnatal stages, as well as the transition into menopause. These sessions combine gentle movement with breathwork to manage hormonal shifts and emotional regulation.
- Sound & Stillness: Often, the most profound work happens in silence or through vibration. My Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra sessions are designed to lower cortisol levels and help you find deep, restorative rest that sleep alone sometimes cannot provide.
Flexibility for Your Schedule
Life in Bangalore is demanding, which is why I offer these practices both online and offline at my Challaghatta studio. You can join a small group for the community aspect, or we can look at private sessions if you need a more tailored, private path.
