CrossFit Coaching in Hennur with Technical Focus
This is our home. We provide a fully equipped space and hands-on coaching in every class to ensure you move with purpose and proper technique.
Welcome to our box. This is more than just a gym; it's a dedicated space for forging elite fitness. It's equipped with everything you need to get stronger, faster, and healthier, surrounded by a community that pushes you forward.
Every class is an opportunity to improve. We believe in hands-on coaching, where we observe, correct, and guide you through every movement. It’s not just about getting a workout in; it’s about getting better, together.
A look into our coaching process during a squat clean and split jerk session. We break down everything from grip and dip-drive mechanics to how to choose the right weight based on RPE.
The Burgener warm-up is a staple for a reason. We drill these five key positions to build muscle memory and perfect the movement patterns for the snatch and clean, ensuring a solid foundation for every athlete.
Even the most experienced lifters need to drill the basics. Here we are working through the Burgener warm-up, a foundational drill for the snatch, with a close eye on every detail.
About The Box & Our Coaching
You will notice a pattern here. We do not throw weights around for the sake of it. Before we add any intensity to your session, we spend time on the Burgener warm-up to drill your mechanics. If you join us, expect to hear direct, immediate feedback on your grip, stance, and movement efficiency, rather than vague encouragement.
Our Approach to Movement
We believe in a simple truth: you cannot build fitness on a broken foundation. When you step into our Hennur box, you are not here to mindlessly crush yourself. You are here to learn. We break down every movement, from the snatch to the pull-up, into smaller components. If you are struggling with a squat, we do not add weight; we fix the squat first.
The Space and the Work
This is an industrial-style, non-AC warehouse. We keep it raw because that is where the work happens. You will find high-ceiling fans for ventilation and competition-spec equipment like Concept2 rowers and Assault bikes. We chose this setup so you can drop a barbell without worrying about the floor, and so you can focus entirely on your training volume.
Why the On-Ramp Course?
If you are new to this, we do not throw you into the deep end. All members must complete our On-Ramp safety course. This is where you learn the mechanics of Olympic lifts and foundational movements. It is mandatory because safety and technique are non-negotiable. Whether you are aiming for a new PR or just want to feel sharp for your daily life, this periodization ensures you progress safely.
Is this for you?
If you want loud music, mirror-checking, and zero corrections, this is probably not the place. But if you are willing to check your ego at the door, listen to your coach, and put in the time to move better, you will fit right in. We celebrate the progress, the heavy lifts, and the shared struggle of the WOD. Show up, do the work, and let us help you get stronger.
