High-intensity functional fitness in Hennur. We combine cardio, weightlifting, and bodyweight movements to build your engine in a coached, community-driven environment.

This is what a typical day looks like. A high-energy mix of running, barbell work, and bodyweight movements. We keep workouts constantly varied to challenge you in new ways and ensure you never get bored.

A perfect partner finisher. This interval workout combines the dreaded assault bike with synchronized burpees, a surefire way to build anaerobic capacity and teamwork.

Gracefully intense. Our members demonstrate excellent kettlebell goblet squat form, a testament to listening, watching, and executing with focus. Seeing our members move well is the ultimate reward.

The Assault Bike: a machine famous for its ability to humble anyone. Here our members are pushing through the pain during a high-intensity cardio interval, with a coach providing encouragement.

Moving large loads long distances, quickly. That's the definition of functional movement. Here, members tackle a workout with heavy kettlebell step-overs and odd object carries, building real-world strength.

A classic CrossFit couplet: wall balls and double-unders. This workout is a test of coordination, stamina, and mental toughness, pushing you to be better than yesterday.

The end of a tough conditioning piece. Members work through sit-ups and rowing intervals, with a coach providing technical feedback on the rower to improve efficiency.

Interval training is a powerful tool for building capacity. This workout combines GHD sit-ups with heavy deadlifts, all done at a high intensity to maximize fitness gains.

One of those workouts that feels like it never ends. This session included a mix of front squats, box jump overs, and dumbbell bench presses, challenging every aspect of fitness.

The art is in the programming. This workout combines burpees with ascending weight power cleans, a smart design that tests your engine and your ability to lift heavy under fatigue.

We don't expect you to walk in hitting PRs. You will see us using Assault Bikes and barbells, but every movement is scaled. If you are not ready for a specific lift or distance, we modify the load and intensity to fit your current capacity, so you get the stimulus safely.
