We build strength from the ground up. Whether you are mastering your first deadlift or chasing a new personal record, our focus is on mechanics, safety, and steady progress.

Going for a 10-rep max deadlift and hitting 150kg. While the grip slipped, it's all part of the process of testing our limits and identifying areas for improvement, like considering a mixed grip.

"Too much butt squeeze." Sometimes the cues are unconventional, but they get the job done. Pushing through a high-volume deadlift set to build strength and muscular endurance, followed by the inevitable floor collapse.

You won't hear a hundred confusing instructions here. We follow a 'one thing at a time' approach, whether we are fixing your squat depth or fine-tuning your deadlift lockout. It is about movement quality before we ever add more plates to the bar.

In this space, we move from the ground up. Whether you are learning to set your feet for a deadlift or refining your back squat depth, our focus is on mechanics before we ever chase intensity. We use specific cues—sometimes unconventional ones—to help you feel the movement, rather than drowning you in technical jargon.

Our facility in K. Narayanapura is built for this. We are not a climate-controlled gym; we are a warehouse setup with industrial fans, high-density rubber flooring for dropping weights, and competition-spec equipment like Sanguine and Sustain barbells. This environment is intentional. It strips away the distractions so you can focus on the barbell.

If you are new to heavy lifting, our On-Ramp course is the mandatory first step. We do not throw you into a group class until you understand how to move safely. You will learn the mechanics of the Squat, Deadlift, and Overhead Press, ensuring you build a base that protects you from injury. For those already lifting, we use structured cycles—mesocycles—to help you break through plateaus. You will not find ego lifting here; you will find people hitting 150kg deadlifts while holding each other accountable for form.
