Our Community Events and Fitness Celebrations
Fitness here is only half the story. From intense Hero WODs to weekend treks in Chikmagalur, we build bonds that last far longer than the post-workout soreness.
Our crew showing up to support and compete at HYROX Mumbai. We came for the fitness but stayed for the food discussions. Proud to have brought home a 3rd place finish in the men's doubles pro division.
Our definition of fitness goes beyond the gym walls. We believe in building a functional strength that serves you in everyday life, whether that means hiking up a mountain with friends or just feeling more capable and energetic.
Celebrating 9 years of our community by taking on the "Murph" hero WOD together. This grueling workout of running, pull-ups, push-ups, and squats is a testament to endurance and shared suffering.
Honoring 1stLt Travis Manion with the "Manion" hero WOD. This workout, involving a run and heavy back squats, is a true test of mental and physical endurance that leaves everyone sore for days.
We honor Chad Wilkinson by completing the "Chad1000X" hero WOD. 1,000 box step-ups with a weighted pack is a mental grind that we tackle together as a community.
Eight years of forging elite fitness and building relationships. We are incredibly grateful for our community, old and new, for their support and belief in us. Here's to growing in strength and love.
A dry run with the gang in preparation for a HYROX competition. We simulate the event's movements, including sled pulls and sandbag carries, to get everyone ready for game day.
A look back at 2023. From daily classes and coaching cues to outdoor celebrations, this is a tribute to the community that makes our box what it is. We're ready for 2024.
Bringing the Bangalore CrossFit community together. It's always great to connect with other affiliate owners and athletes at events like the Battle of the Fittest 2.0.
Saturdays are for partner workouts. It's a great way to build teamwork, push a little harder, and have fun while tackling challenging combinations of front squats, rope climbs, and synchronized movements.
About Our Community: Events & Celebrations
We do not just train together; we suffer through Murph and travel to HYROX events as a unit. If you see us cheering at the finish line in Mumbai or sharing a post-trek meal in the Western Ghats, that is the OMCF standard. You join for the fitness, but you stay because the person on the next rower actually cares if you hit your target.
At Once More CrossFit, the 'stronger together' motto is not a poster on the wall. It is what happens at 6 AM. We believe that functional fitness is not confined to the four walls of a gym in Hennur. Our community approach is about shared hardship, whether we are tackling a grueling Hero WOD like Murph to honor the fallen, or driving out to Chikmagalur for a weekend trek to reset.
We treat every event, from HYROX prep sessions with sled pulls to our internal competitions, as a chance to test our capacity. Our athletes learn to handle pressure alongside their teammates. When we compete, we compete as a crew, often celebrating with food debates that last longer than the actual workout. This is not about winning every time. It is about showing up. This environment means you are never the only one struggling with a weight or a movement. You will find that the person next to you is also learning to scale their reps or push through their own wall. If you are looking for a place where your name is known and your progress matters to everyone in the room, you have found it. We are not just building muscle; we are building a habit of turning up.
Once More CrossFit
I am Kaustav, and after 8+ years, I can tell you that the best results come when you actually like the people in the class. We are not a place for ego-lifting or quiet headphones. We are a loud, messy, supportive community that holds you accountable until you get that first muscle-up.
