- Zone Access: Priority use of Functional Turf, Squat Racks, and Calisthenics Rig during peak hours.
Training Scope
- Methodology: High-intensity functional movements using Battle Ropes, Tire Flips, and Kettlebells rather than isolation machines.
- Mobility: 10-minute Animal Flow or dynamic stretching warmup to correct posture before loading.
- Technique: Real-time tactile and verbal form correction for compound lifts like Squats and Deadlifts.
- Planning: A 4-week progressive overload plan tracked via app or clipboard.
Support Systems
- Dietary Aid: General clean eating guidelines and macronutrient advice.

- Extended Duration: 75-minute sessions including advanced prep and debrief time.

- Exclusive Access: Usage of competition-grade zones including the Boxing Ring and Olympic Platforms.
- Metrics: Testing for 1-Rep Max, VO2 max estimation, or agility scoring.

- Advanced Nutrition: Performance-focused fueling strategies like carb-cycling tailored to training intensity.
- Recovery: Assisted stretching or percussion therapy (Theragun) post-session.

My Story
Bengaluru needed more than just another gym, so we started MultiFit. Here, it’s not about counting reps, it’s about finding your crew, your #multifitter pack.
